1. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, our return policy varies by product category:
- Fresh Produce, Dairy, Meat & Seafood: Returns accepted within 24 hours of delivery for quality issues
- Pantry Items (Non-perishable): Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in original packaging
- Zero-Waste Products (Reusables): Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: We'll issue a full refund or replacement immediately
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened or partially consumed (for perishables)
- Items past their expiration date
- Custom or special-order items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

4. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refund issued within 5-7 business days
- Store Credit: Available immediately upon approval
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for items with minor quality issues
5. Quality Guarantee
We take pride in our fresh produce quality. If any item doesn't meet your expectations:
- Minor Quality Issues: We'll issue a partial refund or discount on your next order
- Major Quality Issues (spoilage, damage): Full refund or free replacement
- Missing Items: Full refund for missing items + $5 store credit
6. Return Shipping
For returns of non-perishable items, return shipping costs are as follows:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Free return shipping (we provide the label)
- Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Note: Perishable items should not be returned by mail. Please contact us immediately for local collection or photo-based refunds.
7. Subscription Box Returns
For our Seasonal Harvest Box subscriptions:
- Skip or cancel your next box up to 3 days before shipment
- Returns on delivered boxes follow the standard perishable policy (24-hour window)
- Subscription credits are transferable but not refundable after 30 days
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if:
- Cancellation requested within 1 hour of order placement
- Order has not yet been processed for shipping
- For subscription orders, cancellation available up to 3 days before next shipment
